When you order, three checks are performed to ensure you get the right product free from faults.

1. One person checks when they collate your parts after you’ve placed an order.
2. Next, there is a supervisor who ensures the correct goods have been picked.
3. Then, our packers re-check the goods to ensure they match your order before they are packed and shipped off to you!

This happens very quickly as most orders are usually packaged and despatched on the same day (when available). It’s an incredibly streamlined process helping you get the best quality parts for your car - fast!
